- This service will allow you to get the transceiver out of the state where the display shows LOCKOUT and you cannot do anything with the transceiver.
- Each radio is paid for separately (if you have 2 radios, you buy 2, if 50, then 50, and so on).
- This service is not guaranteed due to its specificity.
- Service is not provided for stolen or other criminal radios.

- Fast wired Internet (Internet via mobile data, DOCSIS, Starlink, etc., is not suitable).
- Computer running Windows 7, 10, or 11
- Programming cable with USB interface (we recommend genuine Kenwood cables)
- Fully charged radio with battery not older than 2 years (for portable radios) or power supply connected via UPS (for base radio) or a car with the engine running (for mobile radio)
