      • JKEFS (Software) file
    • Once issued, license keys or/and SKF files cannot be returned for credit.
    • Software incompatibility with market codes and/or radio models in such cases is not a valid reason for a refund, as we cannot be held responsible for the prior use of the equipment by others or for the use of the software outside the regions it was originally intended for.
    • Licenses lost due to hard drive crashes or any other PC failures will not be reissued or replaced.
    • Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, or a later version is required! Windows 7 support was dropped from LMC (Lenwood License Management Client) 2.xx a long time ago!
